You can put this solution on YOUR website! To solve the set graphically, you have to graph both equations.
They're linear, so the graphs are straight lines. 2 points for each eqn are sufficient to fix a straight line.
Find 2 points.
draw a line thru the 2 points.
Do the same for the other eqn
Where they intersect is the solution
