You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Graph the line y=%283%2F5%29x-4, but graph it with a dashed line because the original inequality is > rather than ≥ (If it was ≥, you would use a solid line).
Select a point NOT on the line. Any time your line does not pass through the origin (0,0), like this one, (0,0) is a very good point to select for this purpose. Once you have your point selected, substitute the coordinates of the point into your original inequality.

If the result is a true statement, shade in the half-plane on the SAME side of the line as the point you selected.

If the result is a false statement, shade in the half-plane on the OTHER side of the line as the point you selected.

Of course, you should label your axes x and y, and you can put a label in the middle of the shaded area replicating your original inequality. You might want to put a label on the dashed line showing the equation of the line.
