Divide both sides of the second equation by 2.  Then you will get the second equation in the form


    7x - 5y = 2,


which is identical to the first equation.


It means, that the two given equations are DEPENDENT,  so the system has INFINITELY MANY solutions.


The two given equations, actually, represents ONE straight line.
