I don't know what you meant to write when you said "minutes".... I will assume the price you paid was 77.35 euros.

Then the price you paid was the price of the items, plus 19% of the price of the items. So

x+%2B+.19x+=+77.35
1.19x+=+77.35
x+=+77.35%2F1.19+=+65

The price without the VAT is 65 euros.
