3x-6-10x+5 > 0
-7x-1 > 0
Add 7x to both sides to get:
7x < -1
x <-1/7

3x-6-10x+5>=0
-7x-1>0
-7x-1+1>0+1
-7x>1
-7x/-7>1/-7
x<-1/7 reverse the inequality sign dividing or multiplying by a negative number.
