Question 1064398: I'm confused as to why I get two possible solutions to this question:
Which ordered pair is a solution of y%3Cx%2B1 ?
A (0,2)
B (1,3)
C (2,3)
D (3,3)
The teacher said the answer is C. Why can't D be correct as well?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!

C is the only solution to y=x%2B1 .
D is the only solution to y%3Cx=1 .
C and D are solutions to y%3C=x%2B1 .
A and B are solutions to y%3Ex%2B1 .
