These are two lines.
There are three possible solutions:
They are not parallel and the meet at one point.
They are parallel and don't meet at any point.
They are the same line and meet at every point (infinite number of solutions).
Multiply the first equation by -2 and add to the second to solve for y.
-2x-12y%2B2x%2B7y=36-21
-5y=15
y=-3
Then use either equation to solve for x.
x%2B6%28-3%29=-18
x-18=-18
x=0
The lines meet at (0,-3).
