See the other example you asked for a few minutes ago. The method (substitution used) can work the same way. (I had solved for one of the variables, but for the other variable, I merely did not finish the computation).

0.60-----Another way to manage this is, understand meaning of decimals.
0.60=60%2F100=6%2F10=%282%2A3%29%2F%282%2A5%29
%282%2F2%29%283%2F5%29
1%2A%283%2F5%29
3%2F5.

That money equation is therefore equivalent to %283%2F5%29x%2B2y%2B200.
