Your governing equation is

D%2F%28200-20%29+%2B+D%2F%28200%2B20%29 = 4.

The first addend in the left site is the time spent on the flight against the wind.

The second addend in the left site is the time spent on the flight with the wind.

Solve for D to get the answer.

rate = 180 mph ; time = x hrs ; distance = 180x miles

Return flight DATA:
rate = 220 mph ; time = 4-x hrs ; distance = 220(4-x) = 880-220x miles

Equation:
180x = 880 - 220x
400x = 880
x = 2.2 hrs = 2hrs 12min
