Take the fourth root of both sides.
4throot(z^4) = 4throot(-81)
z = 4throot(81)*4throot(-1)
z = 3*4throot(-1)
Can you finish now?
Simplify the fourth root of -1 and multiply by 3. This will give you the value of z.
