I read this as:
+25+-+100y+ divided by some fraction
with +30+ on top
and the fraction +%28x-4y%29%2F%286x%29+ on the bottom

I can take the +%28x-4y%29%2F%286x%29+, flip it, and
multiply it by the +30+, so I get:

+%2825x+-+100y%29+%2F+%28%28180x%29+%2F+%28x-4y%29%29+
Now I can flip the +%28180x%29+%2F+%28x-4y%29+,
and multiply it by +25x+-+100y+
