Then you can use the parametrization
x+-+3+=+4cos%28pi-t%29 and y=+4sin%28pi-t%29,
or, which is the same thing (after doing a little trigonometry),
x+-+3+=+-4cost and y=+4sint.
Since we want two rotations for t in [0,2%2Api], just let
x+-+3+=+-4cos2t and y=+4sin2t, or
x+=3+-4cos2t and y=+4sin2t
