the y intercept at 0 is (0.3), it opens up, x coord of vertex is 1/4, y coord is 15/8, so the vertex is (1/4,15/6) axis of symmetry is 1/4, discriminant is -15, no x intercepts, domain (-00,00), range (15/8,00), decreasing (-00,1/4), increasing (1/4) how do i figure out right side of the parabola??

Question 958847: I was only able to work this problem out so far but I'm stuck.
I need to convert a quadratic equation to a vertex form.
y=-2x^2+2x+2
y-2=-2x^2+2x
y-2=-2(x^2-x)
If you could help me finish converting it and explain each step it'd be appreciated.
