Question 955899: 2x squared - x +2
the y intercept at 0 is (0.3), it opens up, x coord of vertex is 1/4, y coord is 15/8, so the vertex is (1/4,15/6) axis of symmetry is 1/4, discriminant is -15, no x intercepts, domain (-00,00), range (15/8,00), decreasing (-00,1/4), increasing (1/4) how do i figure out right side of the parabola??

You can put this solution on YOUR website! y = 2x^2 - x +2
the y intercept at 0 is (0,2),
it opens up,
x coord of vertex = -b/(2a) = 1/4,
y coord is 2(1/4)^2-(1/4)+2 = 15/8
so the vertex is (1/4,15/6)
axis of symmetry is 1/4, discriminant is -15, no x intercepts, domain (-00,00), range (15/8,00), decreasing (-00,1/4), increasing (1/4) how do i figure out right side of the parabola??
----
The "right side" is symmetric to the "left side.
