If x+2 is a factor, x = -2 is a solution:
(-2)^3 + 10(-2)^2 + mn = 0

If x-1 is a factor, x = 1 is a solution:
1^3 + 10(1)^2 + mn = 0

Equations:
-8 + 40 = -mn
1 + 10 = -mn
----
mn = -32
mn = -11
