When we add 64 then we get a perfect square on the left side of the equation
x%5E2%2B16x%2B64=64-49

%28x%2B8%29%5E2=15
Take the square root on both sides
(x+8) = +/- sqrt%2815%29
x= -8+sqrt%2815%29 OR x=-8-sqrt%2815%29
