To divide 6t%5E4%2B5t%5E3-10t%2B4 by 3t-2 using synthetic
division:

1. Insert a placeholder term %22+%22%2B0t%5E2
   making it 6t%5E4%2B5t%5E3%2B0t%5E2-10t%2B4 
   divided by 3t-2


2. Factor out the coefficient of t in the divisor 
   3t-2, getting 3%28t-2%2F3%29.

3. Use synthetic division to divide by t-2%2F3

4. Divide the bottom row of the completed synthetic 
   division through by 3.

So:

First we divide by t-2%2F3.  We change the sign
of -2%2F3 to %22+%22%2B2%2F3.

  

Then we divide the bottom row through by 3, and 
get:

matrix%281%2C5%2C2%2C3%2C2%2C-2%2C0%29

Which is interpreted as

2t%5E3%2B3t%5E2%2B2t-2 with 0 remainder.

6t^2 + 5t^3 + 0t^2 - 10t + 4 divided by 3t-2

Find the divisor
3t = +2
t = 2%2F3
