You can put this solution on YOUR website!

All you have to do is count the terms. If there is
1 term, it's a monomial. If there are 2 terms, it's
a binomial. If there are 3 terms, it is a trinomial.
If there are more than 3 terms, it is just called
a "polynomial".

a. 4x%5E2+%2B+3x+%2B+7, 3 terms, so trinomial.
b. ax%5E2+%2B+2abx+%2B+c%5E2,3 terms, so trinomial.
c. 6a%5E3+-+7b%5E2, 2 terms, so binomial.
d. 2ab+%2B+7cd+-+5da, 3 terms, so trinomial.
e. -3abc, 1 term, so monomial.
f. 10x+-+5x+%2B+4x, 3 terms, so trinomial.
g. 2a%5E2+%2B+3b%5E2+-+2c%5E2+%2B+2d%5E2, 4 terms, so polynomial.
h. 7x%5E3+%2B+8x%5E2, 2 terms, so binomial.
i. 14y, 1 term, so monomial.
j. xyz+-+x+%2B+2x, 3 terms, so trinomial.
k. x%5E3+-+y%5E3+%2B+z%5E3+-+3xyz, 4 terms, so polynomial.
l. 3xy+%2B+3x, 2 terms, so binomial.
m. 4b%5E3, 1 term, so monomial.
n. 2x%5E3+-+9y%5E3, 2 terms, so binomial.
o. x+-+8y+-+9x, 3 terms, so trinomial.
