(7c)^4(7c)^7
= (7c) ^ (4+7) When we are multiplying we add the exponents
= (7c)^11 ----> Answer

(x^4-5x^2+6)/(x^2-3)
=(x^2-3)(x^2-2) / (x^2-3)
Cancelling out (x^2 - 3) from Numerator and Denominator
= (x^2-2) ----> Answer


factor by mult
x^9+8x^8
Only x^8 is common so we get
x^8(x+8) ----> Answer
