Had I given this problem, I'd solve it in this way:


    1%2F2008 + 1%2F2009 + . . .  + 1%2F2017 = one click in Excel = 0.04969...


    1%2F0.04969 = 201.25 (approximately, with 2 valid decimal places)


which gives the  ANSWER  201  to the problem's question.


Honestly, I do not see any reason and any Math idea (at the school Math level) behind this problem.


There is NOTHING TO LEARN from it . . . , which means that we (you and me) spent our time for nothing, solving it . . . 


Another possible answer is  THIS:   take your calculator and make all calculations on your own.

It is not Algebra,  actually:  it is  ARITHMETIC.
