2(3x-16)* x=4 or
2( -(3x-16) ) *x = 4
Take 2(3x-16)* x=4 first
(6x - 32)*x = 4
6x^2 -32x = 4
subtract 4 from each side
6x^2 -32x - 4 = 0
Using a solver we get x = %281%2F3%29%288+-+sqrt%2870%29%29 or x = %281%2F3%29%288+%2B+sqrt%2870%29%29
Now solve 2( -(3x-16) ) *x = 4
(-6x + 32 )*x = 4
-6x^2 +32x = 4
-6x^2 + 32x -4 = 0
Multiply by -1
6x^2 -32x + 4 = 0
