            I came to bring the correct answer. 


Case 1: 3x - 5 < 4
3x < 9
x < 3


Case 2: -3x + 5 < 4
-3x < -1
x > 1/3


Combine: 1/3 < x < 3.      ANSWER

Solved (correctly).
