Not quite. You need to get the units straight.
If the area of the base is 58 square meters, and the height is given in inches, you need to convert one of those measurements to the units in the other one, to have an answer in terms of some reasonable unit.
You could convert the height to meters by multiplying times (0.0254 m/1 inch).
The height in meters would be
height = (18 inch) X (0.0254 meter/1 inch) = 0.457 meter
and
V = (58 square meter) X (0.457 meter) = 26.5 cubic meters
or, indicating all the operations in one step,
