Sure it's possible

Take a 2x5x6 prism and a 3x4x5 prism

The volume of the first prism is 2*5*6 = 60 cubic units and the volume of the second prism is 3*4*5 = 60 cubic units.

The two prisms have the same volume, but they have different dimensions.
