volume of a cylinder:
V+=+%28Pi%29+%2A+r%5E2%2A+h
given:
a height of h=16cm and the radius is r=10cm....plug it in formula


V+=+%283.14%29+%2A+%2810cm%29%5E2%2A+16cm

V+=+%283.14%29+%2A+100cm%5E2%2A+16cm

V+=+314cm%5E2%2A+16cm

V+=+5024cm%5E3

You did not state what the question was...
height of 16cm and the radius is 10cm
area of the base is pi%2A10%5E2=+100%2Api+=+314+cm%5E2 |using pi+=+3.14
V = area of base*H = 314 cm^2 * 16cm ('sweeping' the base up thru the height)
