You need to know about ,
1- Radius of a circle
2-The diamter of the circle
3- pye- 3.142or 22/7
4- 2 radius = 1 diameter
Fomulae for circumference of a circle is - 2x(pye)(radius} or (pye xdiameter)
depends on waht you are giving in the problem.
