The question is The Sahara Desert covers about 8.3x10^13 squart feet. the average depth of the sand in the Sahara Desert is 200 ft. A grain of sand has a volume of approximately 1.3 X 10^-9. What would be the best estimate of grains in the sarah desert. I understand that the volume of a cube is given which is approx 1.3 X10^-9. Would I use the formula for the density?
