The other tutor showed the calculations for if the figures were rectangular prisms, not rectangular pyramids. For pyramids, the formula is not

V+=+l%2Aw%2Ah

but rather

V+=+%28l%2Aw%2Ah%29%2F3

So %284%2A9%2A5%29%2F3 for the first one, and so on....
