Question 1067631: EHow many cylindrical glasses 6cm in diameter and 10cm deep can be filled from a cylindrical jug 10cm in diameter and 18cm deep
Answer by Boreal(15235) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Volume of cylinder is pi*r^2h or 9*10 *pi=90 pi--a 6x 10 cylinder has radius 3.
The larger has radius 5 and volume 25 *18 pi or 450 pi. It would fill 5 glasses. Units cm^2
