I think the answer is %28x-0%29%2F3+=%28y-3%29%2F2+++=+%28x-2%29%2F+-2+
but I haven't taught this in a LONG time. If you want to re-post it for a second opinion, it might not be a bad idea. Maybe someone else can confirm or correct my answer.
