Just a kid who solves math problems for fun :)
The Law of Sines is very useful in many ways. If you need to solve for a missing angle or side, the Law of Sines will help you. It says that {{{a/sin(A)=b/sin(B)=c/sin(C)}}}. The lowercase letter is a side and the uppercase letter is an angle. A side has to be opposite of its corresponding angle. Here is an example. *[illustration Law_of_Sines] You can calculate sines using a calculator (make sure it is set to degrees, not radians), or you can use my solver, <A HREF=https://www.algebra.com/my/Sines-2.solver?content_action=show_dev>Sines.</A> If you want to see my other lesson on the Law of Cosines, click <A HREF=https://www.algebra.com/tutors/law-of-cosines-2.lesson?content_action=show_dev>here.</A>
