The Law of Sines is very useful in many ways. If you need to solve for a missing angle or side, the Law of Sines will help you. It says that a%2Fsin%28A%29=b%2Fsin%28B%29=c%2Fsin%28C%29. The lowercase letter is a side and the uppercase letter is an angle. A side has to be opposite of its corresponding angle. Here is an example. You can calculate sines using a calculator (make sure it is set to degrees, not radians), or you can use my solver, Sines. If you want to see my other lesson on the Law of Cosines, click here.
