If we set up a right trangle with angle of depression 24 degrees, 30 minutes, and the left leg of the triangle is 718m, and the other leg (the base of the triangle) is x. Then we have a trigonometric relationship of tangent. That is to say:
tan(24°30') = x / 718
718 * tan(24°30') = 327.2 m or rounded to the nearest meter:

The bridge is 327m long. <---- ANSWER
