This can be solved if ABC is a right triangle, if it is not, another angle or side
is required to solve it:
Find the side opposite 12 degrees using the tangent:
tan(12) = b/4
.212556 = b
b = .85
:
Find the hypotenuse using the cosine of 12 degrees
cos(12) = 4/h
.97184 = 4/h
h = 4.089
:
You can find the third angle 180 - 90 - 12 = 78
