I am just going to use x instead of theta.
4cosx-3=0
4cosx=3
cosx=3/4
x=arccos 3/4
x=41.4096
But that is not the only solution since in the unit circle, the degree in the fourth quadrant for cos also holds as positive 3/4.
To find that other solution,do
360-41.4096=318.5904
