Question 540502: Find the amplitude, range, period, and phase shift of :
+f%28x%29=+4+cos%281%2F4x%2B7%28pi%29%2F3%29+
I know that the amplitude is 4, and i think the phase shift is (7(pi)/3), but how would i go about finding the range and the period?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If the amplitude is A, then the range is -A+%3C=+y+%3C=+A (note: the amplitude A is a positive number)

The period T of y=Acos%28Bx%2BC%29%2BD is T=%282pi%29%2FB
