Multiply the magnitute times magnitude = 2*4.

Add the angles: 10 + 20 = 30 degrees.

=8 (cos 30 degrees + i sin 30 degrees)
=8+%28%28sqrt%283%29%29%2F2+%2B+i%2A%281%2F2%29%29
=4%28sqrt%283%29+%2B+i%29
