arcsin 10x means "the angle whose sine is 10x"
You want the cosecant of that angle.
Of course the answer is 1/10x.

Here's another way to do it.
Draw a right triangle.
Mark one of the acute angles "theta"
Let the sin(theta) be 10x by marking the side opposite theta as 10x and
the hypotenuse as "1"

Now determine the csc(theta). It's 1/10x
