Draw a sketch showing angle β using a triangle in standard position in quadrant II with y=5 and hypotenuse 13, and showing angle α with a triangle in standard position with x=6 and y=-8.

Use your sketch and the Pythagorean Theorem to find the sine and cosine of both angles; then use sin(x+y) = sin(x)cos(y)+cos(x)sin(y)
