If you count 24 squares to the right starting where the arrows are, there are 4 cycles of the Black (middle C) and 5 cycles of the Gray.
--> 4:5 --> 3rd note above the G --> B below middle C.
p(t) = a*sin(2pi*245t), frequency = 245 Hz

"G at the top of the scale" is not clear.
If it means the G note shown on the cleff, it's one octave above the G below middle C.
As noted in #32, the lower G is 196 Hz --> 1 octave up is 392 Hz
