Everyone is spinning because of the Earth's rotation. How much slower is a person in England traveling compared to a person in U.S.?

The "angular velocity" is the same, 1 rotation for ~ 24 hours --> 2pi/24 radians/hour.

The linear speed depends on the latitude.
