About Shin123: Just a kid who solves math problems for fun :)

Trigonometry is simply the ratios the sides of right triangles. Cosines is one of those ratios. The cosine of an angle is the ratio of the side adjacent to the angle over the hypotenuse. Finding some cosines are pretty easy for certain numbers. Find cos 30,cos 45, and cos 60 using the diagrams in the lesson Sines. I will be working on lessons about the Law of Sines and the Law of Cosines so stay tuned. If you always remember that cosine is adjacent over hypotenuse, you will be okay. Also, click here for the lesson about tangents. (10/16/19 update: I finished the Law of Sines and Cosines. To go to the Law of Sines, click here. (Note: The link to the Law of Cosines is in the Law of Sines lesson.)
