First one: Yes, because you use the LL theorem and then use CPCTC

Second one: same idea as the first one, but use HL instead of LL

Third one: use the SSS theorem and then use CPCTC to find that angle APC = BPC. Since they are congruent and a linear pair of angles, this means they are both 90 degrees. So this one is "yes" as well

Fourth one: You could easily move point C around while still maintaining the fact that AP = BP and preserving the right angles. So there isn't enough info to figure out if C is on PQ
