(-1,5)  D = sqrt+%28%28x%5B1%5D-x%5B2%5D%29%5E2%2B%28y%5B1%5D-y%5B2%5D%29%5E2%29%29 

(1,7)   D = sqrt+%28%28x%5B1%5D-x%5B2%5D%29%5E2%2B%28y%5B1%5D-y%5B2%5D%29%5E2%29%29

(1,1)   D = sqrt+%28%28x%5B1%5D-x%5B2%5D%29%5E2%2B%28y%5B1%5D-y%5B2%5D%29%5E2%29%29 = sqrt%280%2B36%29 = 6

Find Ds in each case(did one for You, and add them to find Perimeter

Label the points A(1,1), B(-1,5) and C(1,7)
Find the distance between the points.
AB+=+sqrt%28diffy%5E2+%2B+diffx%5E2%29+=+sqrt%284%5E2+%2B+2%5E2%29+=+sqrt%2820%29
Find BC and AC the same way.
Add them.
