Think of the 32 cm side laying flat on the table.
Attach an end of the 20 cm side at one end of the
32 cm side and swing it so it almost lays on top of the
table also.
The third side will be about 32+-+10+=+12 cm.
There's no way it could be any smaller than 12 cm
