The Cartesian Coordinate Plane has a horizontal bar to determine x-axis with a vertical bar determining y-axis. Point: (1,2) the first value is one, so you go one unit right; the second value is two, so you go two units up.
For (2,3) go two units right and three units up.
For (3,4) go three units right and four units up.
For (4,5) go four units right and five units up.
I notice you can make a linear line to match these points: y+=+x+%2B+1
