Using Pythagorean theorem:

A  = (1/2)15 * sqrt(15m^2 - (7.5m)^2 = 97.4279 m^2

Using Heron's formula

A = sqrt%28s%28s-a%29%28s-b%29%28s-c%29%29  

Heron's Equation to find the area of a triangle when 3 sides are given 

and s is the semiperimeter of the triangle

In this example: a,b,c = 15m and s = 22.5m

A = sqrt%2822.5m%287.5m%29%5E3%29= 97.4279m^2
