That depends. Is the side that measures 22 one of the two equal sides? If so, another side also measures 22 and 71 minus 44 = 27 is the measure of the third side. On the other hand, if 22 is the measure of the unequal side, then 71 minus 22 is 49. The other two sides must be equal and must sum to 49, so each measures 24.5.
