I'm not completely sure about this one, but I think if the exterior angle at C is 110 degrees, then the interior angle at C must be 180-110 = 70 degrees. So angle C is 70 degrees. Angles A and B are the equal angles, so
2A + 70=180
2A =110
A = B = 55 degrees.
