Side 1 is length L
Side 2 is 2L-3 (it says that)
Side 3 is 2L-3 + 4 (says that too)

L + (2L-3) + (2L+1) = 58
5L - 2 = 58
5L = 60
L = 12
Side 1 = 12 m
Side 2 = 21 m
Side 3 = 25 m
